Refund Policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our customers have 60 days from the receipt of their order to request a return or exchange. The 60-day period offered by the company is a commercial advantage that applies only to the first return or exchange. Any additional return or exchange will not be accepted.
In accordance with our policy, each product can only be subject to one return or exchange procedure. Once the first return or exchange has been completed, no second return or exchange will be accepted for the same product or order.

If your return is accepted, you will then be able to send your entire order back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and rectify it. If your product is damaged or defective, we will proceed with its replacement or a refund according to your request.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU days cooling-off period
If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have 60 days to return your order. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
Please note that 10% of the total order amount will be withheld to cover restocking fees, return processing, and refund processing. The remaining amount will be refunded once the return is processed.
